From the luxury retail sector to the arts and culture scene, down to master-planned real estate development in BC, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to the growth and success of multiple industries. Now, I’m prioritizing bringing these tried-and-true processes to local business owners. Every Swank Creative Inc. project starts with a 2-Hour Strategic Planning Session. During this special time we lay everything on the table. We ask the tough questions and uncover everything we need to know to make those major shifts. We conduct a mini SWOT Analysis and begin crafting your customized protocol. You’ll leave this session with a clear plan, list of strategies and tactics, and a bank of implementable solutions to dramatically shift your business.
